Are your products ready to ship? 
All products are pre-made in small batches and are ready to ship. This allows us to ship your order quickly. If you see something you like grab it fast because quantities are limited.

Refunds & Exchanges

While we understand that it can sometimes be tricky to order the perfect scent online, due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you ever have questions about a scent, just let us know, we are more than happy to help make suggestions for you!  
If for whatever reason you experience an issue with our product or are unsatisfied, please send us a message and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Do you have a cart hold? 

No there is not a cart hold. 

Can I make changes to my order? 
Please be sure that your order is complete and correct prior to checkout.  We are unable to make  changes or cancellations after it has been placed.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping cost varies depending on location, size and weight. Shipping is automatically calculated during  checkout. Most items are shipped via USPS in a box or envelope best suited for your product with tracking information sent via e-mail.

What is your turn around time (TAT)?
The most up to date turn around time is received via email once your order is placed. Overall our orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
